The Rundfunkchor Berlin's sing-along concert draws well over 1,000 singers to the Berlin Philharmonie every year. This year’s program features Mozart’s Requiem – that unfinished masterpiece that Franz Xaver Süßmayr secretly completed after Mozart’s death. Under the baton of Simon Halsey, honorary conductor of the Rundfunkchor Berlin, the audience will sing the work together with the Rundfunkchor Berlin and the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin – accompanied by four soloists: Victoria Randem (soprano), Claire Barnett-Jones (mezzo-soprano), Caspar Singh (tenor), and Ilia Kazakov (bass).
