Robin Ticciati has been the Music Director of the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin since the 2017-18 season. Now he's bidding farewell to the orchestra – not quietly, but rather with “Noise, scandal, mischief, subversion!”, as the press railed about the premiere of Gustav Mahler’s Second Symphony – which will be performed on this evening.
